Our mission is to provide the healthiest and highest quality food at the most affordable cost. We grow lots of different varieties of vegetable and herb microgreens. Incorporating our microgreens into your diet consistently will fuel your body with nutrients to boost your overall health. We have eaten Microgreens for years now and Smoothies are the best way to consume microgreens. microgreens have a high-water content and they blend effortlessly; it's a great way to have more veggies in your smoothie and hardly taste it. We operate on a grow to order model for our farm and that means we only grow what is ordered. due to microgreens taking 10-17 days to grow and there generally short shelf life, we encourage people to subscribe and save to our microgreens. We offer weekly and biweekly home delivery for Cabell County.

BROOCOLI MICRO SMOOTHIE
- 2oz broccoli microgreens
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
MICRO CABBAGE SMOOTHIE
- 2oz Cabbage Microgreens
- 1 cup yougurt
- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen fruit
- 1 cup coconut water
PEA SHOOT SALAD
Add any toppings you want but using pea shoot as your salad base is game changer.
MICRO AVACADO TOAST
Perfect addition to morning toast or a bagel.

WHAT ARE MICROGREENS?
Microgreens are young vegetable or herb seedlings that are about 7-14 days old. at the seedling stage some microgreens have up to 10x vitamins and minerals as their mature counterpart giving them a nutrient advantage.
what is the home delivery radius?
we are currently just providing home delivery for all of Cabell County. If you live in Hurricane or Proctorville, we can deliver to you as well.
When will I get my order?
once you place your order, we plant your order the following Sunday. Sunday is our planting day. depending on the variety of Microgreens it takes anywhere from 10-17 days from plant to harvest. We harvest and deliver same day on Wednesdays. orders should be delivered within 3 weeks. Our subscription model makes it effortless and at your doorstep every week.
do you use pesicides or fungicides?
we spray and treat our Microgreens
do you ship Microgreens?
we currently do not ship microgreens we deliver ourselves to guarantee freshness and nutrient quality.
do you grow anything else other than microgreens?
at this moment we still just grow and sell microgreens only.
